Hi! We are the Joubert's, Jed & Tracy. We're so glad you stopped in to take a look at our boxer's and to learn more about us and this particular breed. Please click on the hyperlink buttons to the left and enter further into our site where you will find information about our planned breedings, most recent litter and other useful information about boxer's that may be of some interest to you as a potential buyer.
We have owned boxer's for a total of 23 years and they have become a big part of our family. At the present time we own four females. One solid white, two flashy fawn & white, & one very flashy reverse brindle. Five males. One flashy stage red/mahogany, one German flashy fawn, two solid brindle and one solid black. All of the boxer's mentioned can be seen on "Our Boxer Family" page.
This is our very first boxer, Tash & her pup, Piper. My son Jared, is now 24 years old.
And here is my son's daughter with our oldest boy, Bailey
The boxer is very intelligent, proud, has great strength and agility, protective (but responds very well to friendly overtures) yet playful and are excellent with children and other dogs. No other dog is more individual in appearance, more keenly intelligent or sanely even tempered. These virtues alone are priceless if the dog is to become part of his master's family which he should be for the well being of all concerned. We have all (certain times of the year) colors, traditional and white, flashy or plain, brindle or fawn & solid black. Equal in value, no matter how they are marked. Our boxers are not all AKC champions but are definitely champions to those of us who know and love them.
Here at Boxer Barn, we care for our boxer's just as we would care for our children. They are family pets and not raised in kennel runs. Our dogs are our family, not our livelihood. Our puppies are all birthed in our indoor temperature controlled birthing room (better known to my daughter as "her" bedroom when she is home) where they and mom can be closely monitored, admired and pampered for the first 8 weeks of their lives. This is done to promote superior emotional health. Our puppies are not raised outside or in a garage. Proper socialization is extremely important to us. All puppies are allowed to interact with our adult dogs and cats at an early age and are exposed to a wide variety of sights, sounds, smell and people when young. This way we can ensure that we have done our absolute best to raise puppies with the sound temperaments that are known to the boxer breed. We only sell our puppies to someone who can guarantee to give the puppy a good home and provide proper health care for them. Please visit our facilities which has air conditioning and heat to ensure the proper level of comfort needed year round for our babies.
When you receive your pup, he/she will have their dew claws removed, tails docked, wormed, vet checked and their first set of shots. These puppies are very healthy and are bred for quality, enjoyment and best breed standards. They will get lots of exercise to develop and maintain their muscular bodies once they are of age to go outdoors. Your baby will go home with a personalized blanket with our kennel name monogrammed on it.
Puppies are not allowed to fly cargo until they are eight weeks old, airline requirement. Your puppy will arrive with a health certificate, health guarantee, food, AKC registration papers and a blanket that he/she has been accustomed to sleeping on since birth. We do try to avoid shipping at all cost. We would like nothing more than for our new families to visit our home and our facilities if at all possible.
All records on our Boxer's are available through our Veterinarian, Dr. Neddrick Fruge, Eunice Animal Hospital 337-457-2560.
